    Challenging but rewarding
    The good thingsWorking with Sodexo is a challenging yet a rewarding experience for a young adult like me. Challenging because of the expectation of the managers and patients that you face everyday. You have to be the best you can be. To be almost perfect because it could better or worsen the condition of the patient. Rewarding because you will meet a group of people that you will treasure forever. Sometimes they hurt you but most of the time they loved you for you who are and correct you if you are wrong.
    The challengesStocks: I think the company could improve more in the process of purchasing and receiving stocks. Most importantly if they have site like hospitals.

    The good thingsQuality of Life, with a safe working environment, good payer, standardize set-up. Provides adequate benefits to every individual, provides healthy support to guest and staff. Understands our needs.
    The challengesThe process is quite slow, probably the system needs improvement. Some workmates is a pain in the neck. So far the management is good.
