No room for improvement, Management is terrible.The good thingsne prominent aspect of the current system is its insufficient workload, which provides employees with surplus time to allocate towards other pursuits. This surplus, if harnessed effectively, offers an opportunity for individuals to engage in diverse endeavors beyond their primary responsibilities.
