    The good thingsThe company provides training and opportunities to develop your skills. You’ll be challenged with new tasks that promote learning and growth.
    The challengesThe work environment is poor, and management can be toxic. Skilled employees with exceptional expertise often go unappreciated. If you perform well, your workload will increase, but your salary won’t. Compensation remains low despite the effort and skills required.

    This company offers a lot of opportunities despite of not having enough experience in the industry, yet there are so much challenge that you will encounter that makes you stronger and gives you knowledge that anyone hasn't acquired. Nonetheless, this company has a poor moral boosting in their overall manpower both technical and management staff this might be the reason why working on this such company making every individual strong independent persons that stresses the famous phrase of "survival of the fittest".
    The good thingsGood opportunities that are not easily pick up by anyone. Challenges that makes a person a strong independent. Very knowledgeable and resourceful higher manager, full of both knowledge and life changing advises for his colleagues.
    The challengesMoral boosting of manpower: "Limitado and lakas pag-gawa, dapat silang alagaan". There are so many old highly skilled individuals that are not getting the right appreciation on their unbelievable skills and knowledge.

    The good thingsEmployer has good business sense. they involve themselves in the environment, they have CSR. they have been doing it for 40 plus years. they are able to help other people but not hire internally.
    The challengestreatment of employees could be better management is prone to gossip and dwells in them every few years or so they replace the whole team of sales so they get new ones
