I enjoyed my time here with my coworkers and appreciate that they are open to suggestion to make things faster/easier and they are open to creative designs and inputs.. Good benefits, employees get discount on items of their different brands (omni mens underwear, bebe infants wear and soen rtw and underwear). Met some coworkers who have been with the company for more than 40yrs.. Owners appreciate loyalty..
Full working hours.. A lot of companies nowadays lessen hours when its not busy, but not them.. They seem to be active all year round so that's good for us workers as we get to work full time the whole year.
Lots of departments and coworkers are nice, they made me feel welcome when i first started..
The challengesWork is Monday-Saturday, sometimes tiring as it is a big company.. but I think all places in the country is like this.. Its in Quezon City, far from where I live, but its OK, short walk after commute to Quezon Avenue..
