Great place to work - people are taken care of; diversity and inclusion really exists.
The good thingsThe company for a greater part, takes care of its people. The management in the Philippines exemplifies what a great place to work entails.
The challengesThe challenging aspect lies with working with different people coming from different cultures, sometimes to the detriment of those who are not from the same country or location.

Great Perks but Working Culture is a bit off
The good thingsAside from your basic salary, you'll have an annual wellness allowance plus allowance for rice, laundry, and clothing. You will also have an annual medical reimbursement. Which all in all are great. They also have a Christmas monetary bonus and also the gifts are overflowing.
The challengesI could say that since the portfolio is quite new, there is no concrete training, leadership has very high expectations of you even though you still have to learn the nuances and the technicalities of your ledger, working during your Vacation Leave, even your rest day is glorified but not encouraged though. But still if you do those you'll get commended and be labeled as "Committed".

Hard to match in terms of pay
The good thingsCompetitive compensation and benefits. Pasig office has a gym, nap room and a well-designed pantry with free brewed coffee all day.
The challengesOccasional layoffs but generous separation package. Limited opportunities for career growth. No retirement plan for global offices.

The good thingsThey really lookout for their people, not seeing them as numbers but as human beings. Policy around benefits has changed for the better.
The challengesNothing really as it would be up to the employees on how they will navigate their career within or outside their respective organization

    21st century employer
The good thingsHigh flexibility. Above average pay and benefits. You are well treated as a professional and managers are very open. You will feel valued unlike in some companies that will make you feel like an alienated "rank and file machine cog". Organization is more flat/not too hierarichal in the traditional corporate sense. This employer truly belongs in the 21st century.
The challengesA lot of the roles are in the night shift but hey it's a fact of life that we have different timezones. Hard to advance/get promoted in some roles since its not a seniority/tenure type of ladder and some teams only have a small fraction of "seniors" and many associates. I think they should combine a tenure/

    Good working environment
The good thingsThe office is not that strict, chill and work kind of environment, flexible shifts, people are great, good pay for starters, training for employees are offered, good managers
The challengesFor my role, the work is kinda mundane, all will be based on your prod. Benefits could improve. Career development is not easy

    Incompetent
The good thingsThe company has lots of freebies such as tea and coffee. Fruits are given every Friday.
The challenges* Management should refine their hiring process to ensure that the proper people are delegated on their role. * Not a healthy working environment due to office politics. * Most of the immediate supervisors did not know what they're doing.

    A Second Home
The good thingsThe company has a dynamic working environment. The people within our organization are my second family. S&P ensures that internal mobility is made available to all employees. They are also not strict so as long as you don't put the name of the company in jeopardy and you finish all your designated tasks within the deadline. They provide a lot of extra-curricular activities that cater to the different interests and needs of every individual.
The challengesWe have peak months and off months. Off months are a blessing. There's little to no tasks during those periods. It's like going to work and you're being paid for doing nothing. However, during peak months, it can get toxic since sometimes we are unable to take our breaks and lunches so we'd get to have more tasks done. OT's aren't mandatory but highly incentivized. Other than that, it really is a great company to be a part of.

    Challenging, but rewarding
The good thingsThe job is constantly challenging and the work environment is highly dynamic. Perk and benefits are on point. You can apply for up to 4 HMO for your dependents. Bonuses are bi-annual. Salary increases are provided annually so as long as you perform well.
The challengesIt takes a huge learning curve to master the craft within the Transcriptions department. It's not for everyone, but once you get the hang of it, it can be pretty enjoyable.

Fast-paced and really demanding, but performers get paid well.
The good thingsExcellent culture of pay-for-performance. Great mentors and coaches. Salary starts above average and can increase significantly if you do well. Benefits are impressive too.
The challengesIt's really more suited for workaholics -- not for anyone who wants to be able to chill during office hours.

    Best Company I've Worked For!
The good thingsThe Culture - This is what I really miss about the company! The diversity is great! I learned from a lot of people from my team and even in other teams. I also met a lot of interesting people and made some great friends out of them. The Bosses - I admire my bosses! They adjust their leadership styles based on their subordinates' needs and personalities. They constantly improve themselves in terms of management, leadership, and technical skills. The Compensation Package. Very competitive. The roles require quality output with high accuracy and within the deadline. The Work. Very challenging. They have metrics that are useful to track your progress and see what to improve on. It is not easy to climb the ladder. It takes persistence and patience (lots of it)!
The challengesThis is a fast-paced environment. If you haven't been to one, it will be very challenging to adjust in your first few months. But it's totally worth it.
