Learning things the enjoyable way!The good thingsThere's a lot of opportunity for growth in this company. I have worked as the Tax Accountant but I was also exposed to various accounting roles like payroll accounting, accounts payable & audit. The challengesThe first challenge is the location. Since this company is into manufacturing, the location is little far from the main highways, but the good thing is that the company provides shuttle services. Then next the challenge is the schedule, as for admin & accounting, office hours begins @ 7 a.m. & ends @ 5 p.m.Then lastly, the month-end closing, it's the time of the month where the accounting department are immensely busy but as an accountant I know it's a given & anyone can certainly adapt to it.
