Excellent
The good thingsThe atmosphere inside the studio is absolutely relaxed but everything and everyone is working effectively. The people and even the higher-ups are very down to earth and approachable. They are utterly willing to teach you everything you need to know and constantly gives constructive feedback that helps each artist achieve their full potential.
The challengesJust like in any other creative industry, clients give deadlines that are very strict and sometimes, unrealistic.
