    traumatizing and toxic
    The good thingsCompensation benefits is okay.
    The challengesToxic environment especially the Plant Manager. Always shouting, yelling at employees as if he is the one paying the salary. Employees come and go (resigned after months because the plant manager is so arrogant and bastos).
