    The good thingsManufacturing but not toxic environment. Learned alot of things that will help me grow in my field as an ECE. Many allowances are given and salary increase is yearly :) depending ofcourse on your performance. Most of the people here are friendly and approachable. Like I found a family in them...Thank you SMK! More power!❤
    The challengesHR are 3/5 for me, needs more training in handling issues and disciplinary actions. 6days work is often times required (during my stay here).

    What a Job!
    The good thingsAs for the Japanese Managers they are very good in dealing with Filipinos and they are accommodating as to teaching their staffs. The main problem in this company is the Filipino Managers, except for 1 in Engr.. tend to isolate themselves from the other employees. They alone are being promoted and given the best benefits & salary increases.
    The challengesThe positions should be Multi level. Wherein you can be promoted and have a career growth even though you're handling the same position The minimum salary increases based on evaluations should be realistic. Where can you find an increase of P200.00 per month with a rating of good? That is too low. It will not motivated anyone and serve it's purpose.
