    The good thingsSalary here in SMEC PH is above average compared to local firms. They have HMO from day 1, and they maintained WFH setup for some days. (hybrid)
    The challengesNot enough room for career growth, no mentors, you are left alone to do the tasks assigned to you. Also, regularization tajes years, or sometimes,only offered once you resign.

    The good things-working station is great -working environment is ok -co-workers and staffs are approachable -they do help their staff -computer units are all new -computer applications are all license and updated -documentation is great

    The good thingsOne of the things I admire with SMEC is their support to their employee's professional and career growth. They have given us various training locally and even overseas. They compensation package is also competitive even higher than what is being offered in the market. People are engaged in their work because they love what they do and the people they work with in this company. Great company.
    The challengesI found it challenging to stay interested on my job per se. At some point during my several years of stay in the company, I felt I was not getting nowhere. I felt that I can do much more but was not yet trusted to be given more. I think with the right mentoring and coaching I could have been more engaged and motivated in the last job I held in the company.

    The good thingsWorking here exposed to a multinational environment, and further enhanced my enterprise level skills. They also sent to me abroad to support one of our other offices.
    The challengesWhile working here, I always need to coordinate everything with our Global ICT team because i dont have access to most of enterprise level equipment.
