The challengesI need to improve the way I teach grammar to my students, especially because some of them will study abroad and need to learn from us.

Because everyone has a specific task to make our clients/students being satisfied with our teaching process as well.
The challengesThe challenges that I've been experienced was every student has a different behavior that we teacher must be patients especially during teaching time. In behalf I am challenged to be confident every during classes.

Basically, it's one of the prestigious companies here in Cebu where you can work with enthusiastic environment.
The good thingsWhat I enjoy the most is to encounter a diverse student/s from all over the world and to know their own culture as well as their cultural differences.
The challengesIn my perspective, the only thing that it made me challenging is about teaching those students who's zero English and having difficulties in memorizing in all aspects of English.
