Will you please stop mentioning two years of experience on such jobs that can be trained to anyone?The good thingsAs a job hunter who has critical eye on employer's unrealistic qualifications, I noticed that all jobs posted here needs at least two years of experience on jobs that doesn't even need experience or if there is some sort of experience required, the job can be easily be trained.
Please don't add to the misery of the people by not giving them chance to work for you by giving out at least two years of experience on jobs that can be easily trained to everybody, even without any prior experience.
Come on, SmartSource BPO. You're better than this!
