    Could be great
The good thingsIf you are developer that is flexible and want to learn different languages and technology this a place is just that. You could find your self working from mobile to web to windows application depending on the project. From android/iOS to html5 to Java, C#, VB other languages. A good experience for you.
The challengesKnowing different language is good, but mastering a language could be hard because you could be put to another project that uses a different language. Mastering a language is very helpful in career advancement. Another thing is you could also find your self setting up infrastructure for your project.

A good starting point for coders, developers or programmers.
The good thingsThe owners of the company are very easy to talk to, despite some language barriers. Employees are easy-going, but are professional where it counts. Progress is managed and kept well. There are also some events such as Team Dining that shouldn't be missed lest you want to miss out on some fun experiences with the whole team.
The challengesHaving help with coding may be a hit-or-miss. The language barriers between employees and the owners may set some people back, and most co-workers will be focusing on their own individual tasks before anything else. However, this should not keep you from asking anyway.
