    The good thingsThe main product of the corporation is to offer lending to those non-bankable sector of the economy but viable enough for financing. Thus, very effective in helping MSMEs.
    The challengesSo many competitor in the area. However, company management is very understanding and very creative to plan for the next moves.

    The good thingsMy co-workers are one of the coolest and nicest that i have encounter.
    The challengesIn terms of co-workers and working environment are very good. However, there is lack of career opportunities and I think that is one of the biggest challenges. You have to decide if you will stay in a company with good working environment or leave and fine better opportunities.
