Great Training Ground for Fresh Grads
The good things^ Employees - Most of the employees that I have worked with are professional and dedicated to their work. They are disciplined and hardworking.
^ System and policies are well placed.
The challenges^ Managers/Superiors - Most of the managers are great except for a few whose only mission in life is to reach the quota since they are given incentives. They even have forgotten to say thank you to the hard working employees.
^ No career advancement in this company for older employees due to the program of the company to hire new grads for management positions.
