It was a great experience to explore and learn new things from that working environment.The good thingsI really enjoyed working because aside from you are earning the money from your own hard work, I also got the chance to discover meaningful story from different people that I have worked with.
The challengesTo me, one thing that the company should improved on is to keep those employees who showed good performance in terms of adhering to attendance and work ethic of the company so that it won't hard for them to find another job which actually I can relate to even you finished college.
