    The good thingsWhat I enjoyed most about working at SMDC was the opportunity to help clients find their ideal home or investment property while building genuine relationships with them. I appreciated the dynamic and fast-paced environment, the supportive teamwork, and the chance to continually improve my sales and communication skills. Closing a deal and seeing clients happy with their purchase gave me a strong sense of fulfillment and motivation to aim higher in my performance.
    The challengesWhile I appreciated the opportunities and experiences I gained at SMDC, the highly competitive sales environment sometimes meant long hours and irregular schedules, which could be challenging to balance.     The good thingsCompared to other developers, SMDC is a much known real estate developer because of numerous advertisements and good marketing strategy being done by the company. Aside from being known, SMDC is also a trusted developer, thanks to its association with SM Malls. Thus, as a real estate agent, potential to make huge sales is high. Huge sales translate to high commissions, thus, more earning.
    The challengesThe challenge is really to make huge sales and meet your quota. For a person starting in the sales industry, this might be a difficult task because your contacts and potential buyers are limited. It is also important to make good relationship with your sales manager and sales director to make the work smoother.
