    Good for experience, but do not expect with the salary
    The good thingsAlong the way, you can learn new experiences. You will get tougher in facing irate passengers and be knowledgeable on how to handle such hard situations. In the end, nothing compares to the joy that you feel when the passenger is thanking you hard enough for helping despite them being rude to you at first.
    The challengesI was assigned at the Arrival And Baggage Services Dept. Here, we are dealing with lost,damaged, pilfered and any other arrival services concerns. When you are assigned at the Baggage Services, you should have a brave heart dealing with irate passengers. Most of them curses you,belittle and even give you life threats like you are the reason why their bags are lost or damaged. After a, it is our job to give them the best service we could offer to a passenger.

    VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE AND ENVIRONMENT
    The good thingsI've really enjoyed working in this company. i gained a lot of customer service experience because we handled a lot of flights both domestic and international i also gained new friends my colleagues. i am now a people's person now, i love communicating with a lot of passengers with different cultures and tradition because mostly they're from other nationalities.
    The challengesThe big challenges here is that when there is flight disruptions( e.g. delays, cancellation ) due to this problem a lot of passengers tend to be irate, so you need to control your patience ... but you need to be assertive person all the time.

    Assist Vip's and business class passengers in accordance of Philippine Airlines operational standard.
    The good thingsI enjoy working in this company, they change my personality on how confidently communicate to other people. Working in airline industry is very challenging work aside from assisting the passengers, you must know about the documents needed for their destination and also the security and safety until they board the aircraft.
