The challengesI was assigned at the Arrival And Baggage Services Dept. Here, we are dealing with lost,damaged, pilfered and any other arrival services concerns. When you are assigned at the Baggage Services, you should have a brave heart dealing with irate passengers. Most of them curses you,belittle and even give you life threats like you are the reason why their bags are lost or damaged. After a, it is our job to give them the best service we could offer to a passenger.
