Not bad, but not the best either.
The good thingsThe work environment was geared towards positivity and teamwork. Supervisors were reasonably approachable. There are meetings nearly every week to tackle current issues. The company makes an effort to try and keep employee satisfaction up.
The challengesThe frequency of meetings can take a toll in stress levels. The executives most of the time change decisions abruptly and this can result to restarting entire reports. The salary levels leave a lot to be desired.
