    for the long years i've been staying in this company, i would say that they will always see the bright side for the good & benefit of their employees
    The good thingsi enjoy here since i was employed for the last 11 years and recognize the efforts of their employees, also there some rewards given, but most of all our President/CEO & the top management are very generous to their employees and they will always look at the career path of their employees.
    The challengessometimes you can feel stress but that is part of employment, and that is a great asset of being an employee if you can surpass the stress stage, at the end of the day i still love & enjoy working in this company
