    The Good and The Bad
    The good thingsFirst few weeks at the job was quite okay because you get to learn new skills and meet new people.
    The challengesThe longer you stay in this company the tiring it gets.. there is no team work. They just put the blame on one person even though every single one in the team should be blamed, not just one. A team does not consist of a single person but a group of people. They don't acknowledge your hard work. They only see your mistakes over everything good you have done.
