    A bookstore that is very fun and has friendly people.
    The good thingsYou will be able to read books, get to know a lot of people from different branches of the company. Most if not all of the employees are friendly and worth keeping.
    The challengesPart of the job is to become good in your section and eventually you will become good at the other section.

    If you see yourself selling books, this is the dream job, at least in our country.
    The good thingsBeing around books and with people who share the same passions and interests as you do.
    The challengesWhile I was still there, the company was still in the process of establishing certain policies that would benefit not just the employer but of course the employee in the long run. I hope they are now administering these changes.

    The good thingsI enjoyed my stay in Fully Booked. I was part of the family for 2 years. I loved the environment and culture of the company. As a book lover, you get to mingle with your colleagues who reads books as well. Co-workers were very optimistic in life and professional when it comes to work.
    The challengesTwo words. Low Salary. Benefits are not enough.

    Challenging but very rewarding
    The good thingsYou get to work with fellow book lovers and you know that the company goes beyond than just selling books. The company values good work-life balance and very much open to new changes to make the environment and benefits better. People are very warm and are eager to learn and be trained. If you're looking for a company that has a deeper meaning than just earning and working every day, then Fully Booked is the company for you.
    The challengesCurrently, the company is in it's \"growing pains\" stages which can both be a challenge or opportunity. There are a lot of things that need to be fixed and standardized, and processes that need to be streamlined, clarified and documented. If you're the type who wants to fix and put things in order, this is a good company to be with, but, if you're looking for a company that already has clear-cut rules and standards, you'll definitely find this hard and challenging.
