    The challengespoor management, no proper system, not welcome to new ideas, more on copying, boring, always stick to basic, designers inside design without thinking, the people within are not true to themselves destroying each other can cause the company to fall, you will be stressed because of working conditions with boring people around you....these all must change and make it a better place to work....
