Unless you are willing to give your true self up just for money, do not apply with this company.
The good thingsGood Salary, Equipment provided.
The challengesThe management, too much favoritism specially on their tenured ones who are stuck on the same post for more than 5 years and cant even act as senior. Their HR is bad. They dont have empathy for their employees. Their chain of command is really everywhere. Their Manila HQ doesn't have any power specially if bosses from other region become involved on something they are not familiar with and they will still call it BAU. Their culture is very depressing. One of the criterias they look for when hiring you if you are culturally fit, I realize now that this is trap qualifications. In actuality, they are looking for someone who will adapt to their toxic and lazy work environment and culture which they prioritize to each their own without supporting one another. They dont want to be bothered most of the time and will make you seem stupid for interacting or asking questions. This is the only company who dimmed my light and gaslighted me on being the reactive one. Bad company to work with.

    Very Limited
The good thingsLarge initial salary, and they provide you a chance to work from home sometimes, but it depends on the manager.
The challengesNo benefits under than the standard salary and medical leaves. SL is only 5 per employee. Almost no career growth or benefits improvement planning from the company. Office is also unkempt, a lot of staple items are also missing. Medical provider also is not competitive compared to other companies.
