The good thingsLearning new things especially on technical Side, cheerful workmates, they are kind and polite, Supportive Supervisor and the management are square and fair, payroll are always on time never delayed.
The challengesSome department are struggling on executing their functions on the company that affects so much the projects resulting in some delays. But they are improving as time goes by. Deadline are tight and I think that is constant especially on my field of work but that is one factors that challenges me while working, some department add some weight on delays that add up to the challenges but fortunately we accomplish the Project on time sometimes and sometimes not that's why client get so mad. but they are improving and things are going to be great.
