    High expectations but UNDERSTAFFED.
    The good thingsStaffs are approachable.
The challengesUnderstaff. There’s no internal arrangements with regard to staff schedule. Management does not care about the well being of their staff/employee. You cannot use your leaves without them approving it (oic ask us to find replacement even though we don’t have resources to do so.) We are stuck is doing just encoding and phlebotomy. Career growth, opportunity for promotion and training, and salary increase are impossible to achieve. If you want to have a full experience as a RMT, apply to their core lab in makati.

    Stressful
The good thingsThe people you work with inside your department, you will feel each others sympathy. The experience with the machines used in the laboratory. Professional growth and development.
The challengesManagement needs to improve on how they treat their employees. Overworked, understaffed, not enough salary increase. Stressful environment because they only care about their external clients. You dont get to take a break, eat or go home on time because of too heavy workload.

Competent company with incompetent salary and benefits
The good things1. Staffs are friendly
The challenges1. Staffs are always busy, making the new employees suffer from learning thus self-learning and flexibility is required. 2. Work load is not balance with staff on duty. Staffs doesn't eat on time. 3. Poor staff retention, they always hire new employees because the management doesnt care for their staffs but only for their goals to have more clients. 4. You are not paid equally.

The good thingsI am a pioneer and set-up the company's IT infrastructure, backbone of business process and hiring of people.
The challengesNo training and support was given. My contribution was credited to other person's gain. Racism for non-medical technologist employees and there was no opportunities for career development. Top management do not appreciate the hard work given by their employees.
