    The challengesWorking onboard is always hard, I felt a lack of support from the Agency (just my experience). The salary is low.

    My agent, my friend
    The good thingsSinga is the agency who handles all paper works that I need to join the ship. They are always on time and precise on all details including my transfer flights. They never ask for money or gifts in return in all transactions. As a seafarer, I recommend Singa will be the best agency they could have. They are not only your agent, but your family as well.
    The challengesI dont see anything that they need to change or improve. Probably, expand the hiring level as they are really a reliable and trustful agency. Moreover, I think it's best to add more activities for family of seafarers.

    The good thingsI travel around the world, meet other people with different nationalities from different countries, their customs, traditions and norms.I had also experienced to learn how to discipline yourself and be a family oriented while far from your family.
    The challengesThe only disadvantage of being away from your family is that you have to adjust your self while onboard the ship..You have to strive hard to to be more productive and efficient in your chosen field of endeavour.
