Very supportive and accommodating bosses, that actually cares for the welfare of the employees. The good things- Very supportive bosses and managers.
- Family culture, they the old employees treat each other like family.
- Constant checking on welfare from older employees, when they describe family culture I think they exactly meant this.
- A lot of free optional benefits.
- They will hear reasonable suggestions.
- You won't have trouble raising concerns to the owners as they are approachable.
The challenges- As a family oriented culture, it is expected that the current employees are already tightly knitted. Some others find it hard to get included and ended up quitting - but once you are in the circle already, even if you have personal problems each and everyone cares for one another deeply.
