    The good thingsThe compnay offers 14th to 16th month pay, working schedule is only from monday to friday work. Company outing mostly out of town, all expense paid by the employer. Company provided uniform, healthcard and other benefits.
    The challengesThe attitude or the culture within, the Management caters \"palakasan\", gossipers, and too much trust given to people who would report what is happening in the workplace even if its not yet validated or just gossip only.
