    The challengesNumber 1 is the absence of equipments for troubleshooting, tools and spare parts are hard to access. Number 2 is the spare parts sometimes important parts of the machine are usually misiing or unavailable at the stock room

    My experience in Silgan Holdings Inc. was only to keep on reading annual report and accounts for 2006 when the time where it arrived at my door post address on June 2007.
    The good thingsGood things is it reaches 10 years in my home place town hard bound copy for Silgan Holdings Inc. for 2006 annual report and account.
    The challengesI simply keep on imagining how does it look like now for 2017 status of American Silgan Holdings inc. workers to watch me Asian receive 1 hard bound copy of the company. I keep it for ten years.
