    Excellent Company with a very professional environment
    The good thingsI wasn't able to gauge my experience properly since I was only here for a few months. Taking over the previous Graphic Artist's job was a huge responsibility. So I was tasked right away to continue the tasks that were carried over to me. The experience I've had here was amazing. The job I got was the perfect fit for me. The pay was nice.
    The challengesThe challenges include the times when we were adjusting to the WFH setup due to the Pandemic. We had to do a lot of adjustments to the workflow. But it worked out at the end. Other challenges include aligning interests with the other members of my department, since it was only me and my supervisor who are Graphic Artists. The rest are marketing specialists, not necessarily artists. So there were a lot of revisions and realignments in order before we managed to finish some of our projects.

    The good thingsi enjoyed working here because of the benefits that the company offered to their regular employees. Bonuses are quite achievable in terms of performance as well. This is how they encourage you to work hard. The hard work you gave the more bonuses you received. Great experience I ever had in my life.
    The challengesThe most difficult I've ever experienced are the transition of employees every now and then. Maybe because some are not satisfied nor contented to the management. I find it hard because work becomes crucial if the person handling it change every now and then. You have to categorize it again and explain every detail to them. And for some may cause difficulty in comparing it.

    The good thingsIts makes me proud that I've been part of Sika group, thru is subsidiary here in the Philippines the Sika Philippines. Sika offers you possibilities to learn as you move forward to your career, trainings to other country and full support to your needs in work related manner, but in local the support and motivation is not that much even the salary is not good enough pay-off.
