    I worked in SIIX Canlubang for atleast a month only, I cannot tolerate the toxic environment. There are a lot of bosses, a feeling boss and a super strict rules and regulations inside the offices. Better find other company that can compensate well the dedications that you can provide to them.
    The good thingsWorking schedule is quiet good, shuttle is clean and neat. The securities are kind and the premises area are clean.
    The challengesThere are a lot of leech-like employees, cctv employees and the others are like they were the tagapag mana of the company! Those person are the ones who destroys the image of the company. Pressure and stress are present plus a lot of workload, but the salary is very low.

    Maybe its not for me.
    The good thingsI learn a lot of thing mostly in measuring tolls while i am in quality control department.the only thing that i dont want is my collegues.
    The challengesSo much stress and preasure working here. I know that pressure and stress is always there but its different.

    My experience at siixEms.. I work there and my position is manual soldering. My co workers are kind, stuff, supervisor.. If i am chosen I want to come back to work with them again. 🙂🙂🙂
