    Great people
    The good thingsVery nice environment. Very family oriented. Good food. They provide seminars and trainings abroad. They provide free meals. and do annual team building which is nice. It gives the group time to bond.
    The challengesLocation - inside a village, daang hari is always traffic lately Salary- Needs to be more competitive Benefits- Needs to be more competitive Equal opportunities- management has their own fave
