    The good thingsYearly training abroad and local, yearly vacation in the home country, your skills are open to other department, very good camaraderie, managers are very supportive irrespective of nationality, contentious education through company website, company are fair and open to technical suggestions they care and love their employee.
    The challengesDaily travel from different prospective projects, and on going projects, preparation of reimbursement expenses and communicating to non-English speaking local people.

    The Secretary
    The good thingsI enjoyed the position of being the Secretary of the Branch Manager. I directly do communication with our head Office in Manila, do travel bookings for my Manager with PAL or with shipping lines, record minutes of the meeting and report it on the next meeting. Take care of the needs of our Engineers for the equipment and do collection when in need.
    The challengesSo far I did not encounter difficulties and challenges during my work there.
