Overwhelming benefits for a contrctual employment.
The good thingsMy Managers are all accomodating and helpful. Benefits is overwhelming considering that my employment is just project-based. They even contacted me to re-apply for a permanent post in the company.

The good thingsHR services is very good. filing and approval of overtime and leaves is automated. The company is one of the biggest in the world.
The challengesIn the department where I worked, they lacked the work procedures. if you used to work for an ISO certified company, you will be disappointed on how they do things there. or maybe, just the department I belonged to as that time.
