    Working in an environment wherein there are no support from the executive committee, plans and programs are not met for the technology enhancement. Departmental issues are completely disgrace due to workers incompetence and weak management.

    The good thingsA lot of good experience. Good workmates. Average salary though.
    The challengesSince i started in the lab.,samples and raw mats are given to us like hourly and you need to test it immediately. So for me that was a bit of a challenge, and as a lab analyst you must be careful in testing a sample to avoid miscalculations. And follow procedures according to SOPs.
