A learning experienceThe good thingsAs a fresh graduate engineer I expected heavy workloads and a lot of training were going to greet me when i started. Sure, there were a lot to learn and to do but I would say the people especially the supervisors and operators, same with the line leaders were very generous with help when it comes to learning and getting familiar with things. The benefits were also decent and same goes with the salary ,I recommend the company for starters and people who really want to be familiar with the production process.
The challengesSince the company was downsizing or if it were the case, understaffed during my stay, though manageable ,most employees on almost all levels have heavy workloads and tight schedules. The company is also tight on overtimes and keeps close watch on them, making limited opportunity for overtimes.
