    Working in a call center company is very challenging.
    The good thingsEmployees and team leaders are very accommodating and helpful, we treat each other as one big family, also they have very good working condition.
    The challengesMy recent job is very challenging because your convincing delivery and patience will be tested on a daily basis, since this is outbound sales and quota is 7.5 million a month per agent.

    The challengesDuring the time we hit our target the incentives is given but they change they never give us.The increase of salary is very slow it takes how many years to decide if they are going to increase their agents that is why those tenure agents who wants to stay they decided to look for a better pasture.

    Great if you work in Sales or Customer Service, bad if you work in Tech/Helpdesk
    The good thingsWorkload is light
    The challengesNo proper process for providing feedback to improve the system, a lot of policies on the floor does not fit our account as we work around Sales accounts and our account is Tech related. We have to adhere to policies implemented for Sales people but is gimping our own work because of restrictions imposed.

    Great so far in terms of work and employment
    The good thingsThe huge amount of leaves that I can accumulate and able to convert to cash 5 of them. Very nice client. Acceptable and flexible working hours
    The challengesIts a BPO company so employment might be short term depending on the client. Tight schedule makes it hard to file time offs. Commute is not friendly for people coming from the south.
