    High salary comes with a very high volume of work
    The good things- Good compensation and benefits package - Temporary work from home - Company provided laptop - Internet reimbursement - HMO with free 1 dependent and life insurance - Yearly performance appraisal/salary increase - Bonuses - Monthly exclusive employee vouchers and perks - Quarterly virtual team building with subsidized freebies and meals

    The good thingsNone that I can think of
    The challenges- Very short deadlines - Micromanaging leaders - Inexperienced team lead (Only has two years of experience but was given a leadership role and doesn't even know what a "leader" means) - BD Ops became a call center when it shouldn't.
