    The challengesHigh volume of incidents to investigate during peak periods can lead to tight deadlines. Better resource allocation or automated tracking tools could help ease the pressure on the team.

    The challengesSalary is low. Systems are archaic and upper management is incompetent. Bonuses are a joke as well.

    High salary comes with a very high volume of work
    The good things- Good compensation and benefits package - Temporary work from home - Company provided laptop - Internet reimbursement - HMO with free 1 dependent and life insurance - Yearly performance appraisal/salary increase - Bonuses - Monthly exclusive employee vouchers and perks - Quarterly virtual team building with subsidized freebies and meals

    Worst company I have ever been
    The good thingsNone that I can think of
    The challenges- Very short deadlines - Micromanaging leaders - Inexperienced team lead (Only has two years of experience but was given a leadership role and doesn't even know what a "leader" means) - BD Ops became a call center when it shouldn't.
