    The challengesNot being transparent with forecasting volume demand and timeline is vague. Project based contract which they keep extending without proper headcount planning knowing that the volume is very high. Immediate superior micromanages

    Good learning ground for fresh graduates!
    The good things1. Collaborative working culture 2. People-oriented initiatives 3. Several learning opportunities and exposure to key business processes 4. Team leaders are very concerned for their members's learning experience and career growth
    The challenges1. Workload of one person is manageable if you're willing to go the extra mile to achieve what is expected, but it would help if additional headcount could be given. 2. Some teams have higher workload and more challenging KPIs as compared to others.
