    The good thingsOne of the best companies I worked with. Culture is great and colleagues are amazing! Each and everyone including management treated you well with respect. I never had a dull moment while at work. I started loving this company. It really gives me a challenge and a chances when I failed. Thankful for having this company as my family!
    The challengesThe challenge are meeting a lot of new different kind of people, different personality everyday. And it takes a lot of patient to deal with them.

    Fun and rewarding work experience
    The good thingshappy people and culture, employees are amiable and easy to deal with, there is a work-life balance, no politicking, bosses decide quickly. There is a sense of cooperation and team work esp during difficult times. HR is approachable and tries to balance everything.

    They will let you feel that you belong in their Family by providing your basic needs and they are open to suggestions for the betterment of the company.
    The good thingsThe company will give you the chance to grow and gives recognition for the contributions of their employees. They care about their people by being open minded and having a fair judgement in such situations that needs a firm decisions. You'll be respected by everyone having a harmonious environment with good working relationship within the organization
    The challengesThe office is a nice place to work with but needs to be meticulous in maintaining a clean and organize stations. Should provide sufficient funds for reimbursement of expenses as this will be needed immediately by the employee who submitted liquidation.

    Great boss and friends!
    The good thingsI have the best mentor. I learned a lot during my stay. We have mountaineering group which was funded or has budget given by the company. Policies and procedures are in place. HR Manager was active in reviewing the welfare of the people. There's time for relaxation and bonding thru Team Building. Allowances were given during OBs. HMO were provided. Employees' discounts were awesome (this is really incomparable to other retail company). =)
    The challengesThe transition period of the software for sales and inventory.
