    Just get experience then leave
    The good thingsThe only good thing is that its work from home
    The challengesLow salary. 200k bond for rushed training by people who aren't even prepared nor understand the concept of being a newbie. Since everything is rushed, newbies cannot become settled on one topic then there's immediately another. Topics for an entire day or couple of days are compressed to one or two hours. Questions met with sarcastic comments as if they are expecting new employees to be experts from their rushed training. No wonder they have to put a bond cause nobody will be staying here for long.

    The good thingsThe people are generally nice to work with. The culture in this company is great.
    The challengesThere's always a challenge in every company. The good thing is the management in ShipERP will not micro-manage you to navigate through those challenges and will give you an opportunity to learn and grow freely.
