    The good thingsMany things to learn especially when it comes to techniques, methodology, setups, platforms and experience that can be learn here. Also Workers and colleagues helps you to cope up stress and to do the work fast, safe and high quality.
    The challengesThere's a lot of pressure you need to go through but it is a good experience. Also you need to be cautious and focused on the work so you'll not miss out anything with regards to Standards and Specification. Plus Safety is always First

    Great Journey
    The good thingsMy boss gave me a chance to grow, gave encouragement. Let me try new challenges to upgrade my knowledge. Our department is closely knit though there are differences in views we learn to adjust. Working with different nationalities gave me a chance to know them more, their cultures thus working with them made things easier in our workplace.
    The challengesFor me I didn't find any difficulties working for the company. It's how you learn to adjust in any given situation.
