    Very good training ground, average salary, minimal career growth
    The good thingsBeing here was amazing. A very good training ground for a fresh graduate with an average salary.
    The challengesInsufficient benefits such as seminars, bonuses, and professional growth. They are not willing to upgrade their engineers to be more competitive to other companies. Don't have advance engineering computer applications to improve workflow.
