    Good for engineering fresh graduates, but compensation is not competitive for long-term careers.
    The good thingsYear-end bonus of months’ salary, depending on performance. Sales bonus is provided even to employees who are not part of the Sales Department.
    The challengesHigh sales quotas are imposed, while support from top management is limited. For employees in the Sales Department, low sales bonus. As it is distributed equally among employees, including those outside the Sales Department.
