    The good thingsShearwater health is really a good company. Compensation and Benefit wise it really way above the market. The environment is also good. Promoting work-life balance in order for the employees have a breather from working everyday.
    The challengesbeing a sourcing specialist is quite challenging especially with the USRN hiring that we have. other than that, everything is good considering that my workmates are really very approachable
