I would like to express my great interest in applying for the position of Graphic/Web Designer. I am a professional graphic and web designer. I have extensive work experienced in the corporate world and specializes in my skills and talents in designing for over 10 years.
The good thingsI have done a lot of creative design with different users and purposes. I can design logos for branding, brochures, flyers, t-shirt designs, e-mail marketing campaigns, infographics, social media marketing designs, landing pages, etc... I am working excellently with different applications such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDraw, Word Press, Wix, etc... I believed that with all of these knowledge and niche in designing, I can be an asset to your company. My portfolio can speak strongly about my works and capabilities, attached herewith
The challengesBecause I am a Bachelor of fine arts major in advertising and I have a lot of experience that I did as a Designer

Pros and Cons of working at Sharp (Phils.) Corporation
The good thingsThey are not strict when it comes to deadlines and activities You will not worry about your personal things getting stolen when you leave it on your desk Friendly and polite employees - be it an office admin, a janitor or a security officer Supportive colleagues Nice superiors Laid-back work environment Naps during lunch break
The challengesProper flow and behavior during meetings must be refined Email etiquette must be encouraged and initiated by the higher-ups Office must try adapting the paperless system, or at least minimize their paper waste Employee manual/ handbook must be revamped; it consists of generic conditions instead of specific ones Mouse and keyboard must be given to employees instead of letting them buy those for themselves. My colleague once told me that it could be reimbursed but you’ll have to go through a tedious process, rather than just having it right away since you actually need it to perform your job – particularly those at the office Workload must be delegated properly to each department – it must not be dumped carelessly to whichever department just because the accountable department don’t feel like doing it Job description must be provided to all employees – so as to serve as a guide for employees’ workload Incompetent salary Lack of HMO

Employees that I have worked with are very friendly and even the Employers are friendly too
The good thingsThey have taught many things that I have not experienced in my college studies. Things that I can apply for my career. I have learned that integrity is the most important in the industry.
The challengesNone really, when you are having challenges in your work, there is someone who will help you get the job done at the end of the day.

A Good Company thats lend their hands for the people.
The good thingsThe people are very dedicated to their work. They will pushed you to your limit and encourage you to be at your best in dealing with the costumers needs and wants.
The challengesThe only problem with this company are that they dont really hire you directly into their company. They uses Agencies so that they wont be liable for your actions or failures. And also their quota which is seemingly high enough or un achievable.

    Warehouse asst. manager
The good thingsEmployees are too much concerned about their company eg. if they encounter quality problem or delivery problem they all work together to catch up for the backlogs. Their policy on suppliers to maintain and make sure that they don't receive poor quality products is one thing to admire, they assign their QC personnel to their suppliers production area to collaborate together to produce quality part
The challengesThey could have strengthen their HRAD and have assigned more competent and knowledgeable associates to deal with the workers. this could have prevented workers to go on strike. this has been their greatest mistake so far because workers could have easily understood the company status back then but because of incompetent staff of HRAD they did not arrive into an agreement.
