    Stayed because of colleagues and clients
    The good thingsThe work environment is almost stress-free because of the people I work with. My colleagues are always willing to lend a helping hand. The clients are very caring and thoughtful.
    The challengesBenefits are sub-par compared to the other BPOs. Limited leave credits and HMO only after regularization. There is also no clear career path unless you ask for it. Our clients also seem to care more about us because they are the ones flighting for our rights to the Management

    Great Culture
    The good thingsGreat company culture. Clients are easy to get well with. You can always be open and honest to the manager (I worked at Makati Office). Good for fresh graduates to start their career. There is more freedom in Sharesource relative to other companies.
    The challengesSalary and compensation are a bit low for a BPO company. If you are someone who is concerned about gaining market value and climbing the corporate ladder this might be a challenge for you.

    Good enough to leave the company.
    The good thingsSalary is on time but the salary is too low for a bpo company. There is an outing every summer but you will pay for it for yourself. I enjoyed the bond with my colleagues.
    The challengesHMO benefits are low. Salary is low. You will get additional pay if you already rendered over a year of service. Look for other work as you will be stucked to where are before if you will work here for years.

    The good thingsPositive and Happy colleagues. On time payroll. Easy to get along bosses. Accessible foods around the office's establishment. Proper hygiene.
    The challengesI couldn't list anything that i dislike about this company. If anything, probably the office is pretty far from bus stops, but it is walkable anyway.

    The good thingsThe management is very supportive on what you are doing and they extend their helping hands in assisting you whenever you have a work related issues. From time to time, top management have their evaluation and will asks your perception appertain to your work environment and the people around you. The management always want to hear what employees are thinking for the betterment of the company.
    The challengesThe challenge I had before working with ShareSource is motivation and productivity. With a relatively low salary basic salary apropos to handling multiple accounts with the skills in web page development, digital marketing, etc. The company don't have a monetary reward if you are doing exemplary work, this happen during my tenure in the company.
