    The good thingsMy colleagues during my On The Job Training were very encouraging and they really taught me a lot of skills that helped improved my work ethic. I have learned so much and I appreciate the work culture. Everyone is so nice, everywhere you will pass you will always be greeted. The supervisors were humble and inspiring. The place could get very busy and my experience as an OJT, I could say it was crazy! But in a great way because I never thought I could handle situations under pressure but still with grace and the passion to serve. Truly I had a great time during my work experience.
    The challengesIt could get very busy and sometimes I believe there should be more staff during these busy days, so prepare your most energetic and happy self! :)

    The good thingsWhat I enjoy in working here was the staffs or co workers or even the high positioned people were very friendly not only to the guests but also to their co workers or their employees. The management treat their employees very well.

It will amaze you how they are able to execute such within a time period where working in different locations is a norm that you must be able to achieve. Being a regular is crucial. Being assigned randomly is what you would tend to expect as well. But above all, competence is a must for you to develop and grow.
