    Oversees book and record of accounts in SAP and ensure transactions are correct and adjusted before book closed.
    The good thingsLearnings new things and being proficient in Excel and SAP acctg system. A Challenge which Store concerns and problems being solve and adjusted by ourselves. Teamwork to finish report on and before deadline.
    The challengesAlready learned the accounting process in branch. Audit report forward to store management not complied and neglect sometimes due to lack of personnel.

    Unprofessional coworkers
    The good thingsEmployer is great and he is doing a micromanaging on his business however the managers and leaders are not doing their job well and very unprofessional.
    The challengesWorkers attitude. No proper onboarding process and no systematic workflow.

    The good thingsI've been here for about a number of years now and I feel that I learned so much. The good thing about Shanghai is they give the room to grow, they don't pigeon hole you into one particular role and let you develop your career in the direction you would like to take it.
    The challengesTravelling is something that has been a challenge for me from before as I become air sick most of the time, but during my stay with the company I have learned to overcome it and has successfully improved my travelling fear.

    One of the Best company’s I have ever worked
    The good thingsGreat culture, supportive environment. When tasks get hard everyone is helpful and kind. There is a lot of trust in the team and there is nobody I don't like. There is a great social culture too if you want it, with people regularly having Zumba classes for healthy living and having fun activities during events. Great office location and environment. My life is nicer now I am working here. One of the Best company’s I have ever worked
    The challengesAt first I had to adjust on the tasks given to me but all are very helpful and friendly so I didn't have much adjustment to do.
